The State of Delaware refused to accept a grant application for a program that would provide services for male victims of domestic violence. The Domestic Violence Coordinating Council’s position & reasons why the application was rejected: “States must fund only programs that focus on violence against women; however, such programs must provide services to a similarly situated male victim in need.”
