Dr. Paul Turek and Men’s Health Network Announce Strategic Partnership
to Benefit Men’s Health

(WASHINGTON, DC / LOS ANGELES) June 13, 2014 – Men’s Health Network (MHN), the nation’s leading men’s health advocacy and resource non-profit, today announced a strategic partnership with Dr. Paul Turek, president of the Society of Male Reproduction and Urology and an internationally-recognized innovator in men’s health and fertility. The partnership was announced in conjunction with Men’s Health Month, celebrated each June.

“In my clinical experience, men only pay attention to their health when in pain or their life is in danger. This has to change,” said Dr. Turek, founder and director of The Turek Clinic in Los Angeles and San Francisco. “Men need credible knowledge and guidance--not just reams of information--which is why it’s so important for providers to develop practical and understandable online and social media-based resources for patients. With our mutual goal of bringing a ‘public face’ to men’s health in the US, I’m honored to partner with the nonprofit Men’s Health Network.”

“In our efforts to reach men, boys and their families where they live, work, play and pray, we have found social media and digital strategies to be an extremely effective channel,” said Ana Fadich, vice president of Men’s Health Network. “As a regular contributor to our Talking About Men’s Health blog, this official partnership with Dr. Turek will allow MHN to continue to provide accurate information to men of all ages in an accessible format.”
